Lily Allen can’t seem to catch a break. Just five days after revealing that she had suffered a late term miscarriage, it is now being reported that she has been hospitalized with a case of blood poisoning known as septicemia.
The singer was rushed back to the hospital on Friday for the potentially lethal condition. The bacterial blood infection can develop into septic shock if left untreated.
A rep for the 25-year-old said: “She is responding well to treatment and her condition continues to improve.”
