Actor Kelsey Grammer and his girlfriend Kayte Walsh have confirmed reports that she suffered a miscarriage shortly after news of their relationship and her pregnancy caused a media frenzy.
Kayte, 29, told People magazine: “We lost our unborn child about six weeks ago. We would like to thank all of those who expressed kindness and concern but we needed a little time to heal, time to find some solace before we publicly acknowledged our loss.”
News broke about the affair between Kelsey and Kayte in August. She is a flight attendant based in the UK. Grammer is currently in the middle of a divorce from wife Camille Donatacci.
This would have been Walsh’s first child and Kelsey’s 5th.
