Hilary Duff’s NHL star husband Mike Comrie has been sued for defaulting on payments on a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CL550 he purchased in 2008.
According to court documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, the finance company’s bailiffs attempted to repossess the car but Comrie “refused to allow Plaintiff possession.”
Now, the finance company has sued Comrie for the balance of the contract – $103,398.57 – plus other charges.
Comrie, 29, and Duff, 22, were married on August 14, 2010 in Santa Barbara, California.
