Britney Spears is being sued by an ex-nanny who claims the pop star owes her $35,202 for taking care of Jayden James and Sean Preston for one month.
Ferial Zaltash claims in court papers that she was hired as a personal assistant and nanny in September of 2007 and resigned a month later.
The suit also states that Zaltash made a demand for payment but Brit refused.
Zaltash is also seeking $19,940 for penalties for unpaid wages and overtime.
