Jon Peters, producer of “Superman Returns” is having a bad day. First it was reported his 16-year-old daughter, Skye Peters, was holed up in a hotel with Paris Hilton‘s little brother, Barron Hilton, this weekend, and now he has been sued by two former assistants.
Two separate lawsuits were filed Monday claiming Peters fired two female employees when one refused to have an abortion, and the other refused his sexual advances.
Adriana Silveira claims in her suit that she was fired by email when Peters told her husband she should have an abortion after she discovered she was pregnant in June 2006, and the couple refused to terminate the pregnancy.
Another former employee, Blanca Hernandez, claims that Peters sexually harassed her daily from July 2005 to July 2006. She says Peters “touched her in a sexual manner, tried to push her into bed while he was naked, called her breats “pillows” and offered to pay her for sex.
When Hernandez complained she was fired and Peters accused her of stealing a $10,000 lamp.
Peters is a former hairdresser, who was the inspiration for Warren Beatty‘s character in the film “Shampoo.”
