It’s official. The new American Idol judges have finally been put to work. Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe tweeted out a photo showing Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson in action behind their judging station.
“It’s great to be back on American Idol. The judges were great,” read the caption under the picture. The twitpic, taken in New Jersey during auditions, also revealed that veteran judge Randy was sitting in Simon Cowell‘s old seat.
The new judges got to work quickly after the big announcement that ended months of speculation. The 10th season will premiere on January 2011, and should be real interesting people!
