No psych eval for this girl…

Nicollette Sheridan sued her Desperate Housewives employers for $20 million in April for wrongful termination. Her lawyer refiled the papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 17, downgrading her allegations in order to escape the need for a psychiatric evaluation.

The suit against show creator Marc Cherry, Touchstone Television Productions and ABC Studios alleges assault and battery, emotional distress, gender violence in addition to wrongful termination. The network indicates that all claims are “without merit.”

The physical injury and emotional distress aspects have now been removed from the case according to our friends at Radaronline. By dropping these key claims in the case, Sheridan will not be required to undergo a physical and psychological evaluation.

So what has she been up to lately? The 47-year-old will appear in a made-for-television movie Honeymoon for One in February with co-star Greg Wise.

We would be remiss if we didn’t include some of our favorite bikini photos of the super sexy celeb frolicking in St. Barts.
