Addiction can cause people to do crazy things …. that’s a given. Sadly Brooke Mueller, who has been rumored to be back on drugs, refused a court-ordered drug test that was to have taken place on Friday night.
The child custody agreement, recently hammered out by lawyers representing Mueller and Charlie Sheen, stipulates that each party must undergo three random drug tests a month. If one of the parties refuses, the court will consider it a “dirty” test.
A street drug dealer claims he sold Mueller an eight ball for $150 just after she unsuccessfully tried to sell jewelry and a stereo on Thursday – pawn shop video here.
Sheen, currently traveling in Canada on his My Violent Torpedo of Truth tour, is fully aware of his estranged wife’s lapse but has been guarded in his responses to questions from the media because he cannot legally diss her in public — another bullet point in their custody agreement.
The entertainer will be back in court on Tuesday, reportedly to ask a judge to order Mueller into an inpatient rehab facility and to give him temporary custody of twins Bob and Max. The court may not see it that way considering the fact that the primary caregiver for the two-year-old boys for quite some time now has been Brooke Mueller’s mother.
Charlie and Brooke’s divorce will be final on May 2. She will get $787,698 as a lump sum payment, plus $1 million for her share of the family home. She will continue to receive $55,000 per month in child support.
