Casey plants one on J-Lo …
It was a wild ride last night on American Idol. The instigator turned out to be soul-rock singer Casey Abrams, who entertained the crowd with his own rendition of the Maroon 5 hit Harder to Breathe.
The real action was at the end of the song when he got right up in J-Lo’s face and kissed her, much to the delight of the appreciative crowd.
Jennifer Lopez gushed: “See now, Casey is not playing fair..Casey has got soft lips..I loved it..the performance, the performance.”
Fellow judge and resident foul-mouth Steven Tyler weighed in too: “You did what I’ve been trying to do for four months. There are millions of people in America that are really angry, because you pissed them off because you’re just so f***ing good!”
Ryan Seacrest, sporting a funky fake beard, reminded the Idol contestant that he just kissed the ‘World’s Most Beautiful Woman 2011‘. The long red-hued pointy prop was a nod to Abrams’ own fiery chin cover. The AI crooner ripped it from the show host’s face.
