The season finale of The Biggest Loser Couples 4 featured three contestants vying for the grand prize of $250,000. Sisters Hannah and Olivia were guaranteed two of the spots. America voted to determine whether Jay or Irene would join them in the final competition.
At the top of the show, host Allison Sweeney announced that Irene would be joining the sister duo for the quarter of a million dollar prize.

Winning the $100,000 ‘at home winner’ prize was 59-year-old Denise ‘Deni’ Hill from Bountiful, Utah . Her starting weight was 256. She lost 125 pounds for a total percentage of weight loss of 48.83.
The grand prize was captured by Olivia Ward. Her starting weight was 261. At the finale, she weighed in at 132 … an amazing 129 pound loss (49.43 %). Her sister Hannah Curlee came close (48.39%). Her starting weight was 248, and her final weigh in number was 128.
