Nia Long has confirmed that she is expecting her second child.
The 40-year-old actress and her NBA basketball player boyfriend, Ime Udoka, issued a statement, saying, “This is the most exciting time in our lives.”
“Words can’t explain how thrilled we are by the new addition to our family. We feel truly blessed and appreciate all the well wishes and prayers,” the couple told PEOPLE.
Long is best known for her role as Will Smith’s fiancee on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Udoka was released from the San Antonio Spurs in January and it is unclear if he will play in the league next season.
This is will be the first child for Udoka, 33. Long has a 10-year-old son, Massai, from a previous relationship.
