Justin Bieber will take a DNA test to prove he is not the father of Mariah Yeater‘s baby.
Bieber is currently in Europe, but his attorney has already contacted Yeater’s attorneys to inform them that the paternity test will happen when he returns in two weeks.
According to TMZ, Justin’s team is determined to prove he is not the father, and once the DNA test comes back, they will take legal action and sue Yeater to “show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.”
20-year-old Yeater filed a suit claiming she had a brief sexual encounter with the 17-year-old pop star when he propositioned her backstage at one of his concerts at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and that he is the father of her four-month-old son.
Bieber has denied the allegations, saying he never met Yeater. “I know I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim,” he said on the Today Show. “It’s crazy, every night after the show I’ve gone right from the stage right to my car, so it’s crazy some people want to make up such false allegations. But to set the record straight, none of it is true.”
Yeater’s ex-boyfriend has come forward saying she originally told him he was the father of her baby. “She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said this is impossible, you’ve been in California two months and back here for only a week,” said Las Vegas resident John Terranova, 19.
“I know it’s not Justin Bieber,” Terranova said. “She just wants money. It’s a scam.”
