Britney Spears has been on the road promoting her seventh studio album Femme Fatale since June. She recently revealed just how she navigates her hectic life.

In a recent interview with UK’s Stylist, she sounded surprisingly lighthearted as she talked about exercise, indulgence and what keeps her motivated while on the road.

Britney doesn’t have a strict workout schedule, “Trying to get up and go work out in the morning is hard. I haven’t worked out in, like, two weeks. Sometimes it’s hard to be motivated. But once you get up and do it you feel like you’ve conquered the world.”

Spears, like many of us, has a sweet tooth. Her guilty pleasures? “Chocolate. Definitely chocolate. I love Scores, with the caramel in the middle, and every once in awhile if I’m really hungry then a Snickers bar is good. And M&Ms are great, Hershey’s Whoppers are great, Raisinettes…Twixes are great, too. And the new Hershey’s Cookies & Cream.”

On the subject of her pre-performance routine, “I usually listen to a lot of hip-hop in my dressing room when I’m getting ready. And I like a lot of rock stuff like Aerosmith. That really gets me going and pumps me up. And then of course, there’s Jessie J and Adele.”

DJ Pauly D will join Spears on stage for her last performance on December 10 at Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has an ulterior motive–he’ll bring along an MTV film crew to capture footage for his new reality show Pauly’s World.

As for Brit’s ‘bucket list’ of desires, skydiving is right at the top. Read the full interview here.
