Miley Cyrus turned 19 last week. In honor of the occasion her friends and family gathered for a birthday celebration at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.
In the video below Cyrus announces on the microphone, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in weed.”
Good friend Kelly Osbourne, who orchestrated the shindig, chimed in, “I thought salvia was your problem?”
Just before her 18th birthday Miley made headlines when a bong smoking video surfaced. She later claimed that she was just messing with the unregulated plant salvia, known to cause hallucinatory experiences.
