Alec Baldwin made a guest appearance on SNL last night to get even with American Airlines for treating him in a manner that he found totally unacceptable.
The entertainer was booted off his flight for refusing to shut down his iPad while playing Words With Friends.
In the skit Alec takes on the role of airline pilot ‘Captain Steve Rogers’ and issues an apology to Baldwin, calling him an “American treasure.”
For three hours after getting the boot on Tuesday, the 30 Rock actor hit Twitter to rant about his unpleasant experience with American Airlines. He later deleted his Twitter account but not before the messages were screen captured and liberally spread throughout the blogosphere.
