Adele dominated the 54th Annual Grammy Awards with six wins and wowed the crowd with an amazing vocal performance, her first since undergoing throat surgery to repair a hemorrhaged vocal chord.
The 23-year-old British singer-songwriter received top honors for her album 21 and record of the year for Rolling in the Deep.
When accepting the award for Album of the Year she tearfully said, “It’s been the most life-changing year. Mom, gold is good!””
