Anna Chlumsky is best known for her 1991 portrayal of Vada in the film My Girl and the 1994 sequel.

The actress was eleven when she starred opposite child star Macaulay Culkin in the bitter sweet coming-of-age drama that ended badly when her best pal Thomas died from an allergic reaction to bee stings.

Chlumsky has a new television project set to debut later this month. She has been cast as the Chief of Staff in the new HBO sitcom VEEP starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
