Scout Willis was arrested Monday night in New York City for underage drinking and presenting police officers with a fake ID.
The 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was approached by a transit cop in Union Square around 7:00 p.m. when she was spotted with an 8-ounce can of beer.
Scout gave the officer a New York identification card with the name Katherine Kelly. After being questioned, she gave the officer her real California ID, saying, “My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”
Scout, a Brown University student and aspiring singer was charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law. She was released without bail early this morning.
