Singer Jewel is excited and honored to be playing June Carter Cash in the upcoming Lifetime made-for-television movie based on Anchored in Love.
The 38-year-old entertainer tweeted photos of herself transformed to look like the legend, “Here I am as June in my trailer with her blue eyes and perfect teeth #ringoffire.”
She also shared another image with co-star Matt Ross. This one has them channeling an elderly version of Johnny and June.
