Khloe Kardashian is the frontrunner to host the upcoming season of X Factor, according to a well-connected source.
Khloe, who reportedly did a screen test that went very well, is up for one of two hosting positions on the Fox singing competition show.
Simon Cowell said an official announcement on their decision should come in the next week, and that there will be a male and a female host.
Khloe, who already has reality show following, is the lead contender among the women who auditioned, and executives, including Cowell, believe she makes the most sense to attract young viewers, the source tells TMZ.
“There is at least an 85% chance she’ll get the job,” says the insider.
