Jenelle Evans and David Eason are still battling for custody of their kids.
And today, Nathan Griffith was at the courthouse, as well.
Nate, of course, is the father of Jenelle’s son Kaiser.
So far, Griffith seems to have the upper hand.
But legal experts say this thing could go either way.
