America has another would-be Commander-in-Chief joining the 2016 presidential race in former U.S. Senator and 2012 GOP candidate Rick Santorum.

"Today I announce my candidacy for President of the United States!" the Republican from Pennsylvania, who lost out to Mitt Romney in 2012, said.
