But has it always succeeded? It seemed things were only going to get better for him, but he parted ways with his record label in 2015, before releasing singles through his own imprint. Craig maintains that he left the record label and was not dropped. Jermaine Paul2Jermaine emerged victorious on The Voice Season 2. He released a string of singles under the Universal music banner, but his album is still in limbo. He was a great singer, but the chances of him album ever materializing are slim to none. Sawyer Fredericks3(2014 NBCUniversal Media, LLC)Sawyer was a roaring success during his stint on The Voice Season 8, with several of his songs climbing the charts. After winning the season, he was signed to Republic Records, but announced in 2017 that he was an independent artist. Sundance Head4(NBC)Sundance won The Voice in late 2016 and has not done much since. He’s apparently working on his album. Chris Blue5Chris won Season 12 of The Voice. With a strong voice and cosmic wit, we’re sure he’ll be up there as one of the most successful.Alisan Porter6Alisan Porter won season 10 of The Voice in 2016. She has a solid voice, but her album is yet to materialize. Josh Kaufman7Kaufman won The Voice in 2014 and released an album in 2016. He still gets performing gigs, with recent Twitter updates revealing he is still very much a singer. Tessanne Chin8Tessanne’s debut album after winning the series shifted just 7,000 copies in its first week. Republic Records were subsequently criticized for the lack of promotion for the record. Tessanne is now in the process of releasing a new album via another label. Javier Colon9(Getty)Javier won the first season of The Voice. His first album arrived shortly after, but Javier was unimpressed with the lack of support from Universal Republic Records and parted ways with them. He released a new album through another label in 2016, so he does have staying power. Danielle Bradberry10Danielle emerged victorious on The Voice Season 4. She is working on her second album and was recently nominated for an award alongside Nick Jonas by CMT. Jordan Smith11Jordan was firing up the charts during his run on The Voice, regularly removing Adele from the top spot. His debut album was released in 2016 and has shifted over 70,000 copies. Not bad. Cassadee Pope12(Getty)Cassadee is without a doubt the biggest winner in the history of the series. with a debut album that shifted over 180,000 copies, it makes sense that she’s still a recording artist.
