The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 will feautre one brand new cast member…
… and whole lot of drama.
What else would you expect from these women when they re-enter our lives in 2019, right?
From intel on the newcomer to a preview of what to expect from veteran trouble makers, scroll down for the most extensive Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 preview on the Internet.
Who’s on Board? Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Dorit Kemsley… and Denise Richards!
Wait… Denise Richards?!? (Getty) Yup. There’s no official Bravo portrait for her yet, but the actress signed on in August. “I am so excited to join the cast, as I am a huge fan of the show. I am looking forward to spending time with all the ladies… and hopefully meeting Boy George!!” she said in a statement at the time.
What Does Lisa’s Future Hold? According to an Us Weekly insider, leaving the series is something Lisa “has thought about and may explore more seriously soon.” While the source also said that “nothing is set in stone or being seriously considered at this point,” a different source told this tabloid that if Vanderpump were to skip the reunion taping, she could be fired.
Denise Richards Will Get Married Well, she’s already married. But her wedding to to Aaron Phypers was filmed for the Bravo series.
How is Richards Fitting In? There’s a rumor that she fought with Dorit Kemsley on her wedding day, but Richards claims otherwise. A source told Us Weekly in October 2018 that Denise is “like a fish out of water. She’s harmless and sweet but does not know her place yet.”
Which Cast Member is Shading the Others? (Getty Images) “Rumor has it that one of the cast members won’t shoot with us. They won’t do a group shot with us,” Lisa Rinna said during an Instagram Live this fall. “So we’re sequestered in a room. … They’re going to have to, like, put her, in a computer-like way.”
Beware of… Puppygate? (Getty Images) A different insider told Us Weekly in September 2018: “There was a situation with Dorit and a puppy, but what hasn’t been talked about is that the puppy was biting Dorit’s kids… So a friend of Dorit’s offered to take the dog off her hands because the puppy wasn’t improving and the puppy was still aggressive and the friend brought the dog to a shelter.”
$hit Got Serious (Getty Images for The Daily Front) While Lisa Vanderpump denied all this dog drama between her and Dorit to TMZ soon after the rumors started, Us Weekly writes that Dorit’s kids “were getting death threats from animal lovers” over the incident.
Lisa Versus… Everyone? Lisa was caught in some sort of lie during taping. That’s all we know, but this is what an Us Weekly mole has said about it: “There have been numerous attempts from the other cast members to reach out to her and they have gone unanswered. The women feel like Lisa doesn’t want to face them and confront the situation. She has kept her distance and now that’s creating more problems with the cast.”
It Was ON Between… (Getty) Numerous sources have also said that Kyle Richards and Vanderpump’s husband, Ken, got into a heated argument during a party. Afterward, Todd told Richard she would “would never be allowed in their house again,” one source said. “They were both screaming at each other. It was really bad and ugly.”
Calling BS Lisa Rinna has clapped back against a fan theory that Vanderpump was downgraded to merely a FRIEND in October of 2018 by writing “bullshit” on an Instagram post about Vanderpump “refusing to shoot.”
More Problems with Lisa Weeks after the cast member (minus Vanderpump) attended a Boy George concert, they took a road trip – also without the restaurant owner – in October 2018. Days afterward, the ladies supported Erika on her Pretty Mess tour by attending a concert at The Globe Theater.
Craziness Galore! Things are always dramatic in Beverly Hills, but this is what Kyle Richards told Us Weekly during filming: “It’s been a really outrageous season, from, like, literally the get-go… I don’t even know, we’ve never had a season like this before. It’s been a very wild and crazy ride so far. You never know what’s going to happen next around here.”
An Unexpected Friendship? (Getty Images) Added Richards: “Teddi and I have become very close. … I just adore her, and I’m so happy to have her to be a part of the show. We have a lot in common. We have fun together. It just feels really good to have.”
Who’s Coming Back?!? (Getty) Camille Grammar, but only in a cameo of sorts. She married David C. Meyer in October in front of her family, friends and, yes, costars. It was filmed.
But It Will All Come Back to Vanderpump Specifically, to her absence. Yes, Vanderpump’s brother tragically died in May, but Lisa Rinna wrote in a lengthy Instagram that this was a poor excuse for skipping out on six weeks of filming: “I too lost my father while filming and I completely understand that everyone’s grieving process is just that their grieving process. We have all reached out to her and we are all there for her,” she wrote. “She has chosen to not film with us. I too lost my sister to an overdose. I have great empathy and I have been there. If you sign up to do a job you do it. No matter what. That’s show biz. I did it.”
