A Different Approach
Meanwhile, Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have announced that they're planning to adopt when the time comes for them to add a fourth child to their brood.
“We could wait until all of our kids are grown and gone and then adopt, but I also think it’s kind of cool to have an adopted child growing up with the other kids,” Ben recently told Us Weekly. “We’re just in a stage of, like, meeting with people who have adopted and getting advice, hearing their stories and seeing what that might look like for us.”
It was recently rumored that Anna Duggar is pregnant with her seventh child, but there's been no confirmation on that score.
Not In the Cards
Anna has not explicitly denied those reports, but she has stated that she has no intention of following in her mother-in-law's footsteps with a brood numbering in the double digits.
UPDATE, ROUND 2: When Justin Met Claire
As you may have heard, Justin Duggar is currently in a courtship with Claire Spivey, a 19-year-old native of Amarillo, Texas.
The couple has been courting for several months, but due to Covid-19, much of their relationship has taken place remotely.
A Foregone Conclusion
Justin and Claire are younger than most Duggar couples (17 and 19, respectively), but given how long they've been together, it's a safe bet that they'll get married at some point.
Delaying the Big Day
Of course, due to Justin's youth and the ongoing pandemic, these two might have to wait a little longer than expected to tie the knot. But since Jim Bob has already approved of Claire, you can bet the planning is underway!
More to Come!
So 2020 may not have quite as many Duggar baby updates as 2019 did, but you can be sure there's more uterus news to come! Stay tuned!
