Khloe has been a fitness nut for years and she is famous for how she transformed her body.
But now she is turning to fans for help on how to shed those final post-baby pounds. She says that she has lost a lot already, but has stumbled into what she calls a plateau.
It sounds like she’s desperate for tips, or maybe she just wants to talk about it for motivation.
Either way, telling women what to do with their bodies is the internet’s absolute favorite thing , so Khloe’s plea for advice received no shortage of replies.

Naturally, someone suggested yoga Yoga can be great! A lot of people are sick and tired of having their friends (or strangers!) suggest that they try it, but Khloe literlaly did ask.
Khloe likes the sound of that Is Khloe suggesting that she’s somehow never tried yoga? No, no, she probably just means that she hasn’t tried it since giving birth to True.
This answer’s a little more complicated Doing a bunch of different workouts can mean good variety, but can be harder to do as a routine.
Of course, someone brought up keto The keto diet was invented as a treatment for seizures, so it is a big deal. It cuts out almost all sugar and encourages people to eat fatty foods. It can turn the body into a fat-burning machine … but is also notorious for putting people in permanently foul moods in which they are always, always hangry.
No list of suggestions would be complete without: While “go vegan” is a response that many internet denizens are tired of hearing, Khloe did ask for advice.
