Jenelle Evans appears to have come to her senses…
… at last.
The polarizing Teen Mom star doesn’t seem to be with David Eason any longer; not after all the ugly words exchanged between the couple and, of course, the apparent physical confrontation they got into last October.
If Evans really is splitting from Eason, it’s obviously the right call.
But one aspect of this potential break-up has us a bit concerned.

Evans wrote “MommasGirl” as a caption to the picture; which, again, could mean nothing. But calling so-called possession of the child in the midst of what must be an ugly break-up? It could also mean a lot.

The little girl was born in January of 2017 and Eason, for all his MANY faults, does seem like a dedicated father to her.

Eason shared it just a few days before Jenelle claimed ownership of Ensley, writing as a caption: “Love of my life! Her first time on an airplane!”

Huh? What Sort of Case?
On a podcast in early 2018, Evans admitted to smoking pot WHILE PREGNANT with Evans.
Oh Lord. She Did?
“I’m not going to lie… I tested positive for THC, and Ensley did not test positive. I did,” she said at the time, adding: “So [Child Protective Services] were like.. ‘Did you smoke when you were pregnant?’ I said, ‘I did within the past 30 days. I said I have really bad esophageal spasms and I throw up every 5 minutes, I can’t even eat.’ And they said, ‘OK, some moms do that. We are not here to judge, we are writing down your information.'”
Authorities Even Visited Her at Home
“After I had Ensley, they said CPS will just come by to do a [wellness] check since you tested positive,” Jenelle recalled. “They came and did a checkup, and everything is fine. They closed the case.”
Evans Received Many Visits from CPS
She said last year that Child Protective Services had come “like 30 times” to continue checking up on her and her loved ones, mostly stemming from online speculation about her parenting. She was cleared each time.
She Does Have a History of Drug Use, However
In her memoir, Read Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom, Evan revealed she was shooting up heroin “four or five times a day” during the worst part of her addiction.
But That’s in the Past, She Insists
“If I were on drugs, I wouldn’t be able to sit here in the morning and get the kids ready and eat healthily,” she said on the podcast. “Or I’d be losing a lot of weight.”

With Eason involved? And angry and bitter? Heck yes.

Don’t ask us to get into the minds of these people. An insider recently told Us Weekly that “David and Jenelle are always fighting, he won’t come home for days at a time. I would be surprised if they weren’t fighting. Now that would be shocking.”
There’s Quite the History Here
The couple got married in 2017 and have had a very up and largely down relationship. In October of 2018, Evans dialed 911, accusing Eason of domestic violence. She told an operate her broke her collarbone. She was very clear about it.

However, after the call was released and made headlines across the Internet, Evans called it a “drunk misunderstanding.” She has seriously said she just fell into a hole and that’s how she got injured.
But the Fallout Continues
Recent episodes of Teen Mom 2 were filmed during this crisis/scandal, forcing Evans and Eason to relive whatever the heck happened — and this is what has created new tension between them, sources allege.
Eason Isn’t Actually Welcome on the Show
He was fired by MTV about a year ago for his many homophobic rants online. Recent Teen Mom 2 episodes featured Evans refusing to be filmed without her terrible husband.
