As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Hurricane Florence thrashed the Carolina coast over the weekend, claiming several lives and leaving utter devastation in its path.
As you may have also heard, Jenelle Evans decided not to evacuate ahead of the storm, despite the fact that local authorities implored everyone in her community to relocate to safer territory.
Because she’s responsible for three young children, Jenelle was rightly chastised for this decision on social media.
And because her Russian roulette-like gamble didn’t result in any deaths or serious injuries, she’s currently doing a victory lap on Instagram.
Of course, this is Jenelle we’re talking about, so that victory lap involves fake guns and blatant lies.
See what we mean in the gallery below …
Hurricane Queen She did it! Jenelle survived Hurricane Florence. So now, she can get back to doing what she does best — being obnoxious on social media.
That’ll Teach You to Be Compassionate! Jenelle went OFF on fans who dared to express their concerns for her family on social media. And now she’s out to prove that not only did she survive, she did it with flair.
Saint Jenelle Jenelle and her husband, David Eason, have taken to social media claiming that they’ve set about cleaning up their community and helping their neighbors.
All Talk? The only problem is, for all of David and Jenelle’s talk about rescuing those in need, they don’t seem to have actually done anything of value.
The Realization (MTV) Jenelle was lucky in that her area wasn’t hit terribly hard, but many in nearby towns experienced profound devastation.
Turns Out Hurricanes Are Serious Yes, eventually, even Jenelle came to realize that hurricanes are nothing to be trifled with. Ironically, she then began doling out safety tips, even though she had attacked others for doing the same just hours earlier.
Pray For Babs Apparently, it wasn’t until someone in Jenelle’s immediate family was at risk that she began tlo recognize the severity of the situation. But hey, at least she got there eventually!
There’s a Lesson Here Some fans took the time to point out to Jenelle that this hurricane was always a very serious matter, so much so, in fact, that people lost their lives.
Jenelle SMASH!!! Of course, this just made Jenelle angry. No surprise there, as literally everything makes Jenelle angry.
The REAL Carolina Hurricane Jenelle has certainly earned the nickname the Carolina Hurricane. Like Florence, she’s thoroughly merciless, and even though her path of destruction is predictable the amount of devastation is usually surprising.
Gettin’ That Green But now that the worst of the storm is over, Jenelle has turned her attention to a matter much more important than survival — endorsement deals!
Always Earning Yes, like her co-stars, Jenelle earns a lot of money by posting sponsored content, and while many lost everything in the storm, Ms. Evans seized an opportunity to line her pockets.
David Eason: Bug Assassin With her latest Instagram story, Jenelle seems to be promoting not one, but two products: a new Instagram app called Super Zoom and a pest control device.
Perfect Timing Yes, bugs are often a major problem in areas that were recently hit by bad storms, and Jenelle’s got just the solution for you!
She’s Got You Covered Not only can you experience the fun of blasting mosquitoes you can … take pictures of the festivities and make them look all pink? We’re not really sure what SuperZoom does, but Jenelle seems to like it.
Creepin’ Eason As you can see, the Easons seem to be enjoying themselves post-hurricane. And after a potentially-deadly disaster, there’s nothing your neighbors love more than seeing a gun-like object pointed at them through a window.
Jenelle’s Gonna Jenelle At the end of the day, there’s nothing wrong with Jenelle going back to business as usual after the hurricane.
UBT But as many have pointed out, Jenelle and David seem to be enjoying the drama of the hurricane a bit too much (UBT is short for Uncle Bad Touch, the internet’s hilarious nickname for Eason).
Thanks For Nothing! Jenelle is the wealthiest member of her small community and having been largely unaffected by the storm, she’s in a better position to be of assistance to those in need than just about anyone. And yet, she’s spending her time arguing with strangers on the internet. Some things never change.
