Jen called the police
Jen called the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police at 3:23am and reported the property damage.
What was destroyed?
According to TMZ, her television screen was one of the casualties and so was a vase, but it sounds like photographs and glass frames were a major target -- which, on top of the lack of actual theft, makes this sound like a personal attack.
Why is she so sure that it was Ronnie?
On top of the suspicious timing, there was the fact that the culprit simply let themselves into her home. Notably, Ronnie and Jen do not live together.
Where was 8-month-old Ariana?
It is unclear from police reports of baby Ariana was at home for any of that. However, it seems likely that she was with a sitter for the evening -- that's what most couples do when they go out to party on New Year's Eve.
Ronnie is not considered an actual suspect
So far, police do not know of any witnesses or of any video evidence showing that he is the culprit. Even Jen herself merely suspects him.
He is considered a "person of interest"
The expected charge, if Ronnie is ever charged, is burglary -- legally speaking. It makes sense. Destroying an item and taking it away forever have similar effects upon the victim
