Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested for felony burglary on Saturday afternoon after it was determined they were squatters in the home they formerly owned. The current owner notified authorities who found the couple at the residence in question.

The charges were felony residential burglary and entering a noncommercial building without consent, a misdemeanor. Randy’s wife didn’t go easily so she was also charged with resisting arrest.

The owner of the property said that they have caused over $5,000 in damages to the home. The Quaid have apparently been homeless for quite some time.

Last year they were arrested after they stiffed an inn keeper to the tune of $10,000. The end result for that situation was that they pleaded guilty and received a sentence of three years probation.

What will happen to the Quaid’s this time? Developing story…..
