In November of 2016, Brooke Mueller was taken to a hospital and placed under psychiatric evaluation after she allegedly struck her twin seven-year old boys.
Sadly, this was merely the latest in a VERY long line of legal and personal trouble for the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen.

January 2010
Mueller checked into a “wellness program” in North Carolina, with her mother saying Brooke was in need of some “stress reduction.”
February 2010
Mere weeks after the aforementioned check-in, Mueller entered Malibu, California’s The Canyon rehab facility. She has been spotted out partying with Sheen just hours beforehand.
May 2010
Mueller and Sheen announced their separation, with the former moving in to her own home.
October 2010
The famous couple announced it was divorcing, not long after Sheen was hospitalized after drinking A LOT. Mueller asked for physical custody of the twins.
December 2010
Mueller checked into a sober living facility in December 2010, soon after she filmed an appearance on Paris Hilton’s lame reality show The World According to Paris Hilton.
February 2011
Mueller had actually moved back in with Sheen at this time while she and the couple’s kids got ready to move into the new house the actor bought for them down the street.
March 2011
Mueller was awarded a restraining order against Sheen based on his erratic behavior. She said at the time that Sheen was threatened to kill her.
December 2011
Mueller got arrested for cocaine possession and assault in Aspen, Colorado. A week later, she checked into another rehab facility.
May 2013
Los Angeles’ Child and Family Services removed young Bob and Max from Mueller’s home, handing the kids over to Sheen’s exm Denise Richards. Mueller was in the Betty Ford Clinic at the time.
November 2015
Not long after Sheen revealed he was HIV-positive, Mueller said that she and the boys did not have the illness. So that was good at least.
April 2016
Mueller filed documents claiming that Sheen owed her $89,000 in back child support.
May 2016
Mueller checked into rehab. Again.
November 2016
Mueller is seen in a parking lot in Utah, allegedly screaming at her kids and even hitting them. She is then spotted, looking “disheveled,” in a bar, prior to being taken to a local hospital by the police and her kids being given to a relative.
