It's been three weeks since Amber Portwood allegedly attacked Andrew Glennon while he was holding the couple's child.
As is usually the case with this sort of thing, it remains a he said/she said situation, but as Amber-defender Catelynn Lowell was reminded this week, it's best to believe victims until provided with sufficient reason not to.
So for now, we have very little doubt that Amber got violent with Andrew.
As for the details -- such as whether or not Amber was wielding a machete, for example -- they'll likely be hashed out in court.
But for the time being, Glennon is not shying away from sharing his side of the story -- and he says Amber's behavior is just as bad as her arrest record would lead you to believe.
Take a look:
Andrew and Amber's relationship never came off as ideal, but despite Portwood's lengthy rap sheet, few suspected she was still capable of domestic violence.
Father and Son
These days, it's just Andrew and baby James in the former casa de Portwood, as Amber has been ordered to stay away from her ex and is only allowed supervised visits with her son.
Amber was arrested on July 5 after allegedly attacking Andrew while he was holding the couple's 1-year-old child.
According to police reports, Amber stands accused of throwing a shoe at Andrew and running at him with a machete.
Andrew says Amber attempted to break down the door when he locked himself in the bedroom with James. He also says she swallowed a large number of Klonopin pills during the incident but regurgitated them when he called 911.
Amber is limited in how much she's permitted to speak about the ongoing case, but the controversial Teen Mom OG star has maintained her innocence.
