Rima Fakih came under fire for partying way too much. The first Muslim to be crowned Miss USA (in 2011), Fakih was sent home to Michigan to ponder her actions, but ultimately completed her reign.

Miss Teen Louisiana skipped out on a $46 bill at a restaurant in 2008, leaving behind a purse with her driver's license … and, allegedly, some marijuana. She was subsequently stripped of her title.
