Fabian Basabe splits to Italy to avoid Hamptons backlash

We hear that Fabian Basabe has left the country after his Saturday night Star Room fiasco hit the gossip pages. In between making frantic phone calls to the tabloid dailies, he booked a plane ticket and took off to Bologna, Italy, to be with his wife Martina Borgomanero, heir to La Perla.
