Heard enough Microsoft jokes today? Neither have we, so we’ll give you a one-liner that’s been keeping our spirits young for years: M-S-N-B-C. Haha! Get it?!
The GE-Microsoft network is said to be exploring a range of options, ranging from dropping the “MS” in the name (NBC Universal’s idea) to pulling the plug entirely (coming from Bill Gates’ end, which is furious over the huge licensing fees). And perhaps they’ll keep going as it is while working on new subscription and broadband strategies. There’s still no mention of dropping dropping McEnroe, however, so clearly they’re making no progress
