Kate Moss might be off to rehab to save her soul and her nasal passages but that’s not keeping British authorities from the possibility of arresting the unmotherly waif.
But it all hangs on whether there’s enough evidence — that is, whether they can find a copy of the Daily Mirror or, ahem, tune into Sky News.
Scotland Yard sent case papers to prosecutors, asking for advice on whether there was enough evidence or sufficient public interest to charge Moss, said Russell Hayes, a spokesman with the Crown Prosecution Service. He said it was routine for police to ask for advice in such a case.
Without evidence, however, it is unlikely Moss will be charged.
Well we don’t have to worry about running into a little problem like not enough evidence, now do we?
