Headline of the day goes to a website that doesn’t even have headlines (they’re more blurbs): Goldenfiddle.
“The guy from Wings that was in Sideways will now be the guy from Wings that was in Spider Man 3.”
It’s Thomas Haden Church (or rather, Lowell) they’re talking about, who is cast as Spider-Man’s villan. To make the amusing even more amusing, the headline of the linked article reads “Spider-Man 3 Lands Thomas Haden Church,” though we’re pretty sure the accurate pecking order headline would read “Thomas Haden Church lands in Spider-Man 3.”
And while we’re none too happy about a third installment of the Stan Lee franchise, it’ll at least get that terrible O.C. Spiderman kiss ending out of our collective head.
