It appears that one of Hollywood’s hottest couples is planning on extending the family. According to sources, actors Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson, who married in 2008, are planning to adopt a baby from Africa. This seems to be the thing to do in Hollywood.
Insiders close to the couple say that Scarlett is ready to adopt, and has always wanted to adopt outside of the country. The couple are already working with a U.S- based adoption agency and are said to be very interested in Ghana and Ethiopia.
The young stars are not new to adoption. Scarlett’s mom Melanie recently adopted a baby girl from Ethiopia, and Ryan’s older brother is adopted.
Reynolds told UK Glamour magazine: “I couldn’t be more pro-adoption. There are plenty of kids in the world that need it.”
