Mel Gibson‘s legal team is seeking a court order in a desperate attempt to keep ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva from releasing a DVD which includes recordings and photos of extensive injuries she suffered after she was hit in the face by the Braveheart star.
The latest news comes on the heels of explosive tapes which have surfaced in recent weeks which reveal the actor’s vile, racist rants and emotional abuse.
Oksana claims Gibson hit her in the face twice while she was holding their daughter, leaving her bloodied and bruised and knocking out her two front teeth.
Although Gibson and his attorneys have denied the physical altercation that reportedly occurred on January 6, the actor is heard in the latest tape admitting that he hit Oksana.
“What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face?
“What kind of a man is that?” a teary Oksana asks about the disputed incident.
Gibson responds, “You know what — you f****ing deserved it.”
In a previously released tape, Gibson tells the mother of his eighth child, “You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”
His racists slurs don’t end with Jews and blacks. Referring to one of his staffers, Gibson says, “I will report her to the f****ing people that take f****ing money from the wetbacks.”
