Lisa Mason hosted her last show on QVC on Tuesday, December 14th.
During her final show, Mason, who has been a program host with the shopping network since 1995, aired clips from the past, took phone calls from well-wishers, and discussed new projects she is working on, including a book due out in a few months.
Mason posted a message on her blog Thursday, saying:
Please join me on December the 14th at 5 p.m. as I say goodbye to my QVC life. I love you like crazy and will see you very, very soon!! I will have other things I would like to share with you on the 15th of December on this website. God Bless You and Happy, Happy Holidays!!! P.S. Gino (Mason’s husband) sends his love.
Mason received a B.A. in broadcasting from the University of Central Oklahoma. Prior to Joining QVC, she worked as a talk show host, news anchor and producer for the public broadcasting station KETA, in Oklahoma City, OK, where she received an Emmy Award for her documentary, Faces of AIDS, which she researched, wrote and produced.
