Lindsay Lohan will be welcomed by the Costa Mesa staff at Morningside Recovery satellite facility either Sunday evening or early Monday morning. She will be transported directly to the rehab center upon her release from jail.
The Costa Mesa facility is known for its signature program — 90-Day Extended Care. They take a three phase approach that is clinically driven and designed specifically for patients who have not responded to the traditional 30-day inpatient treatment. Lindsay will be assigned a case manager who will work closely with her family. She will receive individual therapy, group therapy, education lectures, medication management, and case management.
Lindsay’s new routine will include 7:00 a.m. wake-up time, household chores, counseling sessions and curfew. She will be allowed recreational activities like surfing, snorkeling, meditation and yoga. She may be assigned a chaperone who will shadow her 24/7.
The court is to be notified if the actress violates any of the rules, and she risks being sent back to jail for contempt of court by Judge Marsha Revel, who has already shown that she means business. It won’t all end with rehab. Lindsay will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing until August 2011.
The luxury rehabilitation facility will come with a hefty price tag that has been estimated at $250K. According to our friends at TMZ, her personal living space, to be shared with three female roommates, was recently refurbished and now boasts brand new hardwood floors, repainted walls in light gray, freshly tiled private bathroom, new walk-in closet and a remodeled kitchen area complete with granite counter tops.
Lilo’s attorney, Shawn Coleman Holley, has taken exception to reports that her client will be treated for methamphetamine dependence. She said: “Lindsay isn’t a meth addict. I have no idea where that came from, but I can tell you, it’s false.”
