Actress Kristen Bell and her fiance Dax Shepard have confirmed that she is pregnant with their first child.
Shepard, 37, and Bell, 32, have been a couple since 2007 and got engaged three years ago.
Taking a page out of the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie playbook, the ‘Hit and Run’ co-stars revealed this summer that they were looking forward to starting a family despite the fact that they will delay a wedding until same-sex marriage is legal in California.
During a guest appearance on ‘The View’ in July, the ‘Parenthood’ sitcom star said, “We wouldn’t want to invite all of our friends, who don’t have that right to celebrate, to celebrate us, who have that right. We just don’t feel right about that. Can you think how rude that would be?”
Bell told Larry King in August, “Having kids before marriage doesn’t really bother us.”
