Kelly Clarkson hit the concert stage in Detroit Friday night and surprised the crowd when she covered Eminem‘s ‘Lose Yourself.’
She shouted, “Is anyone an Eminem fan? I am an Eminem fan too. I grew up listening to him. But the difference is, people, when you listen to him on the radio and sing along to him in your car, you’re a lot more bad-ass than you actually are.”
As fans cheered she added, “Because when you get alone without Eminem doing it with you, it’s not as good.”
In order to properly set the tone, ‘The Voice’ celeb pulled on a grey hoodie before paying homage in the rapper’s hometown.
