Tragedy struck L.A. Ink star Kat Von D late Saturday night when her house burned down. Six fire trucks responded to the 11:23 p.m. blaze. They were able to extinguish the fire in 30 minutes but her cat Valentine was lost in the blaze.
Kat ‘tweeted‘ the above photo and said: “In order to gain everything, you must lose everything.”
Later she shared a photo of her beloved cat – with this sentiment: “R.I.P. My little Valentine.”
The celebrity tattoo artist is dating Jesse James. Kat has been busy promoting her book The Tattoo Chronicles, and plans to continue her scheduled appearances. Today she is in Vancouver.
