The Democratic National Committee wants to give everyone a chance to sign an online birthday greeting. They wrote: “Supporters are joining the First Lady in sending President Obama a card to wish him a happy 49th birthday on August 4, 2010.”
The Internet greeting allows each participant to provide their e-mail address and include a personal message.
