Former ‘Dharma and Greg’ star Thomas Gilbson was taken into custody early Sunday morning in L.A. on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The actor reportedly drove through a barricade set up for a half-marathon called New Year’s Race–Los Angeles at Night.
Officers from the LAPD central traffic division arrested the 50-year-old actor at 1:05 a.m. after he refused to submit to a breathalyzer. As of 8:30 a.m. Pacific time he was still in custody with bail set at $15,000.
Gibson currently portrays FBI agent Aaron Hotchner on the popular police procedural drama ‘Criminal Minds’ on CBS.
He and his Christine reside in San Antonio, Texas with their three children, J.P., 13, Travis, 10, and Agatha, 8.
