Will she say yes to DWTS ?
Rumors have been flying that Republican politician and prominent Tea Party activist Christine O’Donnell will be a celebrity contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She has come forward to say that she did get an invite and she’s still on the fence about accepting.
She wrote on her Facebook page: “I just got the Official Ask from Dancing With The Stars !!”
So will she do it? It appears she has come up with several reasons why it might not be a good idea: two left feet and a book about her 2010 failed Senate campaign and her frustration with the political process. The book is due out in August.
She claims to be flattered by the invite but said emphatically that “a two-year-old nephew has more rhythm than me.”
The Republican politico turned to her FB friends for support, asking: “Should I do it?”
We take this opportunity, Christine, to point out that Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin, both non-dancers, have already paved the way for those who are reluctant — setting the bar fairly low. Go girl!
The line-up for Season 12 of DWTS will be revealed on Monday night, February 28, during a two-hour episode of The Bachelor.
