Well, Taylor Swift is nothing if not committed to her relationships. The 22-year-old country music star just plunked down $4.9 million for a house next door to boyfriend-of-the-moment Conor Kennedy.
Taylor and 18-year-old Conor, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy, have been dating for several months, and sources say she has helped console him since his mother’s suicide in May.
Swift has also taken Conor to Nashville to meet her parents.
Taylor’s new Cape Cod pad is a seven bedroom 5.5 bathroom mansion overlooking Nantucket Sound which has been on the market since 2010. The original listing price was $13.5 million, so it seems she got a steal in addition to the convenience of being within walking distance of her new beau.
The 4,440 square foot home was built in 1928 and has only had one owner prior to the Grammy Award winning songstress.
Swift also owns homes in Nashville and Beverly Hills.

We just wonder how long it will be before she writes a song about Kennedy.
