Madonna has put her long-time New York City residence on the market for $23,500,000.
The 6,000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom duplex apartment is located in the Harperley Hall building on the corner of Central Park West and West 64th Street.
The 5th and 6th floor unit has more than 110 feet of Central Park frontage, five wood burning fireplaces, large living spaces on both levels with wide French doors and park-facing Juliet balconies and park-facing formal dining room, library and eat-in kitchen with marble slab counter tops, and dining area with a wall of bookshelves.
The master suite offers “endless closet space” and a vintage-style bathroom with twin pedestal sinks, claw-footed tub and separate marble-lined shower.
The Harperley Hall building includes amenities such as a central courtyard with manned gatehouse, a 20 car garage, bike room, laundry facility, fully landscaped roof terrace and on-site fitness facility. Monthly maintenance runs $11,774 a month.
The apartment, which was decorated by Madonna’s younger brother Christopher Ciccone, was featured in Architectural Digest.
Madonna also owns a 7th floor apartment at Harperley Hall, which doesn’t appear to be included in the listing, as well as a 12,000+ square foot townhouse on the Upper East Side, a horse farm in the Hamptons, and a French Country style mansion on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, CA.
