Brad Womack didn’t just break one heart on season 11 of The Bachelor, the handsome Texas native rejected both finalists in the show’s season finale.
Now, Brad is returning as the ‘bachelor’ once again, hoping this time there will be a fairytale ending.
In 2007, the 37-year-old Austin, Texas bar owner made show history when he chose to be alone, crushing the marriage hopes and breaking the hearts of his final two bachelorettes, DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft.
The Bachelor’s host Chris Harrison had some doubts about Womack’s return, “At first I was skeptical, but the more I thought about it, the more I fell in love with the idea of him coming back, getting another shot,” he told People.
The official announcement was made during Monday night’s Dancing With the Stars performance show. Production of the show that will give Brad his second chance at love begins in a few weeks with the debut set for January 2011.
